When you make a purchase online, you usually think the service will be lackluster, handled by some uninformed third party sending out generic email replies. My initial order with Wired4Signs was pretty minor. Still, I got a personal email from the management expressing gratitude for my order and providing help for any technical inquiries along with a phone number. This was the finest service I've ever encountered.

I found the sales process to be pretty good. They were quick to answer questions, and my order was processed smoothly and showed up on time. The packaging was done well, with no damage at all. That said, the aluminum channels had some scuffs and a few corners were a bit bent. I managed to straighten the corners, but those scuffs? Yeah, they just wouldn’t come out. Shipping it back seemed like too much hassle, so I guess I’ll just deal with a not-so-perfect finish on my project.

If they didn't carry the item I wanted, I would have appreciated a similar option. It's not that the height is an issue, but the width is just too excessive. I feel like I've tossed money into the aluminum channel waste.

Awesome Customer Support. I was really satisfied with the service and I'm thrilled with the items I purchased. They showed up nicely packed in a super sturdy cardboard tube.

Initially, the LED strip arrived without a power supply. When we inquired about how to get it working, we were told that we needed three additional components, which would set us back another $100. After we mentioned returning the item, they suddenly said we only needed a power supply, and they would send it to us at no charge. Once the power supply arrived, there were no clear instructions on how to connect the four wires to the seven connection points. When we requested guidance, the photo provided showed the power supply linked to a power cord, which we now have to find and buy ourselves. It would be super convenient if they just offered a complete kit for straightforward installation.

The customer service is just awesome!! They responded super fast and were really helpful with my project. I’ll surely suggest Wired4Signs to others!

As a kitchen remodeler, I've ordered from Wired4Signs twice now. These lights are fantastic for under cabinet illumination. I'll definitely be using them again for my upcoming kitchen project.
